◉原因菌の検索のために，治療前に尿細菌培養検査を施行し，適切に抗菌薬を使用する．
◉尿路および全身性の基礎疾患の有無を把握する．
◉慢性化すると急性と比べて，症状や検査所見に乏しいことがある．
