ここがポイント
◉淋菌（Neisseria gonorrhoeae）の検出のためには，まずはグラム染色鏡検，そして培養検査を提出する．薬剤感受性試験は必須である．
◉クラミジア・トラコマティス（Chlamydia trachomatis）の検出のためには，核酸増幅法検査が必要である．
◉近年，罹患率が増加傾向である梅毒では，梅毒血清反応，つまりカルジオリピンを抗原とする検査と，Treponema pallidumを抗原とする検査により診断する．
