副腎癌

ここがポイント
◉副腎癌はホルモン産生癌が60％，非産生癌が40％であり，20〜30％が偶発腫瘍として発見される．
◉小さい副腎癌では，1つの画像検査のみで腺腫と鑑別することは困難な場合が多く，各種画像検査の組み合わせと臨床所見による総合的診断が重要である．
◉副腎皮質腫瘍は病理学的に良悪性を鑑別するのが難しい腫瘍であり，複数の指標を組み合わせたスコアリングシステムが推奨されている．
◉転移性副腎癌では，孤発性の副腎転移であるかどうかが外科的治療の適応において重要となりうるため，慎重な診断が望まれる．
