ここがポイント
◉高血圧患者全員に対してスクリーニングを行うことが望ましいが，特に治療抵抗性高血圧や若年性高血圧などの患者に対しては積極的なスクリーニングが推奨される．
◉診断手順については，本邦においては日本内分泌学会指針と日本高血圧学会指針の2種類があったが，統一化の動きがある．
◉手術症例は副腎静脈サンプリングが必須である．
