後腹膜腫瘍

ここがポイント
◉後腹膜腫瘍は，健診や他疾患の精査時の画像診断で偶然発見されることが多い．
◉悪性腫瘍の頻度は，脂肪肉腫，平滑筋肉腫，悪性末梢神経鞘腫瘍が多い．
◉鑑別診断として，精巣腫瘍の後腹膜リンパ節転移と悪性リンパ腫が重要である．
