▶ポイント

・アルゴンビームコアギュレーター（argon-beam coagulator : ABC）はアルゴンガスを媒体として高周波電流を非接触的に組織に到達させて止血を行うEnergy Deviceである．

・基本的には電気メスと同様のモノポーラであるが，組織に接触せず焼痂層が浅い，などの特徴から，脆弱な組織からの出血には有用である．

・ABCの使用に際しては，凝固の特徴をよく理解し，適切に使用することが重要である．
