▶ポイント

・抗がん剤の副作用は多岐にわたるが，西洋薬のみではコントロールが難しい場合がある．

・悪心・嘔吐に対する六君子湯（りっくんしとう），末梢神経障害に対する牛車腎気丸（ごしゃじんきがん），下痢に対する半夏瀉心湯（はんげしゃしんとう），関節・筋肉痛に対する芍薬甘草湯（しゃくやくかんぞうとう）は，種々のがんにおいて副作用の改善効果を示している．

・作用機序の違いから西洋薬との“二刀流”診療によって，より安全で効果的な副作用管理が可能となる．
