▶ポイント

・TURPと比較しTURisは切れ味がよいが，切除開始までの時間にタイムラグがある．

・TURisおける凝固は，TURPのピンポイントな凝固とは異なり，出血点を中心に広くさらには長い時間凝固することが重要である．

・TURisではTUR症候群は起きにくいが，被膜穿孔した場合は早急に手術を終える必要がある．
