▶ポイント

・HoLEPの導入当初は手術手技も確立しておらず，術後尿失禁が多いとの印象をもたれて敬遠されがちであった．

・最近では前立腺の外科的被膜の解剖の認識と手術手技の改良が進み，またレーザー特性の理解と機器の進歩もあり，ほとんど合併症なく治療できるようになった．

・現在すでにスタンダードな治療法であることは間違いないと考えられる．
