▶ポイント

・TUEBはTURPに比較し出血量が少なく，灌流液として生理食塩水を用いるためTUR症候群が回避可能である．

・術式はHoLEPに準じたものであるが，内視鏡システムはTURPと同様のものを利用する．

・2017年度版の『前立腺肥大症診療ガイドライン』における推奨グレードはBであり，TURPと比較し，より大きな前立腺で有用である．
