高齢者に対する前立腺肥大症手術

▶ポイント

・高齢前立腺肥大症患者は心血管系合併症を有する場合が多く，適切な術前評価を『非心臓手術における合併心疾患の評価と管理に関するガイドライン』に基づき行うべきである．

・高齢者の肥大症手術後の自覚症状改善は，非高齢者よりやや遅れるものの，数か月で同等に達する．

・HoLEPやPVPなどのMISは抗血栓薬内服下でも実施可能で，高齢者でも重篤な合併症が少ないので，今後の第一選択となる．
