▶ポイント

・上部尿路結石内視鏡治療における予防的抗菌薬投与は全例で勧められ，術前尿培養や感染性合併症の危険因子などを勘案して投与期間を検討する．

・自然尿（膀胱尿）培養は必ずしも患側腎盂尿培養や結石培養の結果を反映するわけではない．

・感染性合併症は重篤化することもあるので，絶えずその可能性を念頭に置いて術前からの準備を怠らない．
