▶ポイント

・ESWLの成功には，「患者因子」「医療因子」「機器因子」が重要である．

・正しい適応・照準方法を習得することによって，ESWLの砕石率は飛躍的に向上する．

・尿路結石診療の本質は「再発予防」であり，外科的治療によるstone freeがゴールではないことを認識する必要がある．
