▶ポイント

・下部尿管結石に対するr-URSは，単回治療で90％以上のstone free rateを達成することが目標となる．

・r-URSにおける成功のためのポイントは，①適応症例を見極めること，②適した機器を選択すること，③尿管へのダメージを最小限にする内視鏡操作と効率的な砕石・抽石の方法を考えること，④合併症の回避方法を知ることである．
