▶ポイント

・内視鏡の所見が最優先であり，透視下操作に注意する．

・尿管アクセスシースの先端の位置が重要であり，径はなるべく細いもので，結石近くまで挿入できれば灌流，視野，摘出効率は良好である．

・残石確認は，内視鏡下と透視下で必ず行う．
