▶ポイント

・非淡明細胞癌の薬物療法に関するエビデンスは乏しいが，主として分子標的薬の有効性が検討されている．

・非淡明細胞癌に対してはチロシンキナーゼ阻害薬がmTOR阻害薬よりも有効と考えられるが，淡明細胞癌に比べるとその有効性は低い．

・集合管癌に関しては抗がん剤を用いた化学療法の有効性が示唆されている．
