停留精巣診療ガイドラインについて：日米欧のガイドラインを比較しながら

▶ポイント

・日米欧の各ガイドラインとも，停留精巣の組織所見に基づいて，精巣固定術は乳児期から1歳6か月〜2歳のより早期に行うことを推奨している．

・非触知精巣に関しては，片側例と両側例では病態を異にするため，それぞれにより適した診療指針を検討するべきである．

・今後，乳児期手術症例およびFowler-Stephens手術症例における父性獲得や腫瘍発生などの長期成績，nubbinの悪性化の可能性と摘除の適応などの検討を踏まえたup-to-dateが期待される．
