▶ポイント

・停留精巣など小児泌尿器科疾患をもつ患児の診察のコツを身につけることが望ましい．

・非触知精巣の場合，健側陰囊内精巣が通常のサイズなら患側は腹腔内精巣の可能性が高い．

・非触知精巣に対する画像診断として超音波検査，MRIが挙げられる．その意義と行うタイミングを心得るようにする．
