▶ポイント

・遊走（移動性）精巣は治療不良であるが，上昇精巣になる可能性が45〜85％に認められ，長期的経過観察が必要である．

・上昇（挙上）精巣は4歳以降〜10歳頃に顕在化し，精巣障害性を回避するため，ためらわずに手術的治療を必要とする．

・幼少期に陰囊内にあっても，精巣が拳上する可能性があることを説明する必要がある．
