▶ポイント

・停留精巣に関しては，6か月〜2歳頃に精巣固定術が望ましい．

・停留精巣の病理組織学的変化は，精細管の萎縮，精粗細胞の減少，間質の増生が認められる．

・停留精巣の悪性化統計学的相対リスクは2.75〜7.5倍である．
