Fowler-Stephens法を用いた腹腔鏡下精巣固定術における諸問題

▶ポイント

・腹腔内精巣の治療方針決定に腹腔鏡は有用な情報を提供してくれるものの，精巣血管を温存した1期的精巣固定術を行うのか，Fowler-Stephens法を行うかの確固たる基準は存在しない．

・これまでの報告では，腹腔内精巣と内鼠径輪との距離（2〜3cm）をFowler-Stephens法を行う基準としていることが多い．

・Fowler-Stephens法により精巣固定術を行った際の長期的な造精機能については今後の検討課題である．
