Fowler-Stephens法を極力控える腹腔鏡下精巣固定術

▶ポイント

・腹腔鏡にて腹腔内精巣が同定されたとき，陰囊内に固定したいが，特に精巣血管の長さが足らずに下ろせないことがある．

・精巣血管を離断する二期的Fowler-Stephens法が採用されることが近年多いが，その是非が問われている．

・小児期の手術であり，議論を重ね，妊孕性など，患児にとって本当の手術成功をもたらす努力が大切であろう．
