▶ポイント

・精巣固定術を行っても造精機能，妊孕性が低下することがあるため，経過観察が重要である．

・至適年齢を超えての手術，両側例，無治療例，卵胞刺激ホルモン値の高値，精巣萎縮例は，不妊症ハイリスクと考えられる．

・術後に非閉塞性無精子症を来した場合，顕微鏡下精巣内精子採取術により精子回収の可能性がある．
