▶ポイント

・遺伝性前立腺腫瘍は遺伝性前立腺癌が重要であり，若年発症および罹患数の多い家系が該当する．

・全体を説明する責任遺伝子（high penetrance gene）は同定されていないが，HOXB13やBRAC2遺伝子変異が関与した家系が存在する．ただし，人種差がある．

・前立腺癌の家族歴はリスク因子として依然重要であり，家系内の乳癌，卵巣癌の家族歴聴取も併せて行うことが臨床的に重要である．
