▶ポイント

・クラミジア性尿道炎は男性最多の性感染症で，近年も増加傾向と推定される．

・クラミジア性非淋菌性尿道炎と非クラミジア性非淋菌性尿道炎の鑑別はクラミジアの検出以外には困難で，現在主流の核酸増幅検査では結果判明まで数日を要する．

・クラミジアの薬剤耐性は問題になっていないが，同じ非淋菌性尿道炎の原因菌であるMycoplasma genitaliumの薬剤耐性が深刻な問題となっており，治療開始時のクラミジア診断が望まれる．
