ポイント

・悪性疾患を対象に膀胱部分切除/憩室切除を行う場合，腫瘍細胞播種のリスク回避に最大限配慮して適応・術前治療・手術手順を検討する．

・根治性を担保するため，腫瘍の部位に応じて合併切除すべき構造物や処理すべき血管を術前に想定しておく．

・尿管膀胱新吻合では尿管血流の保持と張力のかからない吻合を心がける．
