▶ポイント

・QOL評価には健康関連QOL質問票，疾患特異的QOL質問票，下部尿路症状や性機能を評価する症状・QOL質問票を組み合わせて用いる．

・手術療法は監視療法や外照射と比較して排尿機能，性機能に関連するQOLが低い．

・ロボット支援前立腺全摘除術は開腹手術および腹腔鏡手術と比較して健康関連QOL，尿禁制，性機能の早期改善が期待できる．
