▶ポイント

・高齢者の夜間頻尿には背景にCKDが関わっている可能性があることを念頭に置く．

・内科医・管理栄養士などと緊密な連携をとり，CKD進行抑制に努める．

・家庭血圧測定を行い，血圧の日内リズムを考慮した治療スケジュールを考案することがCKDに伴う夜間頻尿対策に有用である．
