▶ポイント

・骨盤底の弛緩により求心路が亢進し，過活動膀胱とそれに伴う夜間頻尿が生じ，術前にあった夜間頻尿の6〜8割が術後に改善する．

・骨盤底弛緩症と多尿，睡眠障害との関連は明らかではない．

・女性の夜間頻尿の診察時には骨盤底弛緩症の有無を常に念頭に置くべきである．
