急性前立腺炎

▶ポイント

・急性前立腺炎は急激に発症する前立腺の細菌感染のことである．

・高熱，排尿時痛や頻尿を訴える男性患者は急性前立腺炎を疑う．直腸診では腫脹した前立腺と圧痛を認める．

・血液では炎症反応増悪があり，尿検査と膿尿を認めることが多い．

・尿閉と前立腺膿瘍は特に見逃してはいけない重要なポイントである．
