▶ポイント

・肉眼的血尿は，尿路での出血であり，緊急性の判断が最も重要である．

・膀胱タンポナーデを併発するか否かを確認する．尿路閉塞は大変辛い病態であるので，患者の苦しみを感じる必要がある．

・鑑別診断に基づく，適切な対処と治療戦略を立てるようにする．
