▶ポイント

・腹部外傷・骨盤骨折に伴い膀胱破裂，骨盤骨折・騎乗損傷に伴い尿道損傷が生じうる．

・損傷のタイプを理解し，診断・治療方法の違いを整理しておく．

・骨盤骨折・多発外傷を伴う場合もあり，全身状態の把握，他臓器損傷の確認と，他診療科や医療機関との連携も必要である．
