Point

●腎の外側では外側円錐筋膜と前腎筋膜が合わさった結果，後腎筋膜となり腰方形筋筋膜に付着する．

●副腎の静脈系では，中（後）副腎静脈，上副腎静脈などの細かい枝について留意する必要がある．

●右副腎と肝臓は10〜30％の頻度で組織学的な境界をもたない．
