経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術（TURBT）

Point

●腫瘍形態や画像診断所見を評価し，適切な切除アプローチを選択する．

●主病変周囲には非可視病変や微小病変が存在することが多く，field resectionを意識したマージン切除・深部切除が重要である．

●再発率は初回TURBTの施設間および術者間のTURBTの質の格差に起因するところが大きく，TURBTの手技の重要性を認識する．
