Point

●内尿道切開は尿道狭窄症や膀胱頸部硬化症に伴う下部尿路閉塞に対して広く行われている治療である．

●内尿道切開は膀胱頸部硬化症には比較的有効であるが，尿道狭窄症に対する有効性は限定的なため症例を限定して施行するべきである．

●術前に尿路感染を確実にコントロールすること，ガイドワイヤー併用により術中に尿道内腔を見失わないこと，過剰な切開を行わないことが肝要である．
