Point

●腹腔鏡下精巣固定術では腹膜下の脂肪層や細かい血管は腹膜側に残し，少しでも精巣への血液供給を確保する．

●Fowler-Stephens法の二期目の手術では，精管周囲には腹膜をつけて骨盤深くまで剝離する．

●一期的固定術か二期的Fowler-Stephens法のいずれを選択するかを判断する前には不必要な剝離はできるだけ避ける．
