Point

●創切開が小さすぎると，ラッププロテクターによる過度の圧迫により創部の整容性が低下するので注意する．

●頭低位により腹腔内で腹膜越しに左精索静脈瘤および左精管が容易に同定できる．同定困難な場合は，S状結腸の生理的癒着の剝離，精巣の牽引が有効である．

●精索静脈瘤に沿って腹膜を縦切開し，精索静脈と腹膜・腸腰筋筋膜間を剝離したのちに精索静脈を処理する．
