Point

●ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム/デキストラマー（Deflux^®）注入時は，膀胱を過伸展させないよう注意する．

●注入量は逆流尿管口がスリット状となり，灌流液による水圧で拡張しなくなる程度を目安とするが，術後に注入材の容積が20％程度減少することを念頭に置く．

●術式としては，STING法，HIT法およびdouble HIT法があるが，これらのなかでdouble HIT法が最も成功率が高く，近年は同手法が主流となっている．
