▶ポイント

・せん妄の治療には抗精神病薬が必要だが，安全性には問題があり注意が必要である．

・せん妄の多くは不眠が関わるうえ，通常の睡眠導入剤・精神安定剤はむしろせん妄を引き起こす要因になる．

・せん妄のリスクを考慮した不眠症の薬物療法には，ラメルテオンとスボレキサントが有用な可能性がある．
