▶ポイント

・心房細動，脳血管障害，心不全，糖尿病，腎疾患，弁膜症の既往をもつ場合および高齢者では周術期に脳卒中が発生する頻度が高い．

・周術期に脳梗塞が発生した場合，再開通療法を行うには，早期診断が最も重要である．

・周術期の抗血栓療法の中断・継続は，個々の症例ごとに慎重に判断する必要がある．
