褐色細胞腫のガイドラインの現状

▶ポイント

・褐色細胞腫の診療ガイドラインとして本邦では「褐色細胞腫診療指針2012」，米国では“Clinical Practice Guideline for Pheochromocytoma and Paraganglioma”が発表されている．

・本症の診断は，①褐色細胞腫に矛盾しない腫瘍の存在，②カテコールアミン分画あるいはメタネフリン分画の明らかな高値，③病理診断，④MIBGシンチグラフィーで腫瘍に取り込みあり，などに基づいて確定する．
