文献概要

▶ポイント

・CT Urographyによる膀胱癌の検出能を向上させるためには,適切な撮像方法と読影方法が必須である.

・膀胱癌の筋層浸潤評価には,3テスラMRI装置による拡散強調像を含めたプロトコールが最適である.

・膀胱癌の治療前評価にFDG-PET/CTを行う意義については,今後も検証を続ける必要がある.
