尿失禁に対する神経変調療法

▶ポイント

・神経変調療法は，有効な尿失禁治療の1つであり，比較的有害事象が少ないのが特徴である．現在，保険適用になっている神経変調療法は，干渉低周波療法，磁気刺激療法，仙骨神経刺激療法の3つである．

・干渉低周波治療は，腹圧性尿失禁や切迫性尿失禁を含めて適応範囲が広く，施設基準がなく，制限事項は少ない．

・磁気刺激療法や仙骨神経刺激療法の適応は，難治性過活動膀胱に限られ，磁気刺激療法は，女性に限られる．また，この2つの方法では，常勤医の人数などの施設基準がある．

・やや侵襲性の高い仙骨神経刺激療法の保険点数は高いが，干渉低周波慮法や磁気刺激療法の保険点数は低い．
