▶ポイント

・人工尿道括約筋植込術（AMS-800）が，保険収載され，重症尿失禁患者に対する治療は大きく前進した．

・AMS-800において，尿道萎縮，故障，感染に伴う除去，再留置対象例の増加が予想され，知識・技術の普及が必要と思われる．

・軽症〜中等症尿失禁患者に対して，自然排尿を担保する外科治療である尿道スリング手術および幹細胞注入療法の発展が望まれる．
