腎移植後尿路結石症に対する診断と治療

▶ポイント

・移植尿路結石症の発症確率は0.2〜2％である．

・移植尿路結石症の診断方法は，超音波検査，KUB，単純CT scan，移植腎盂尿管造影がある．

・移植尿路結石症の治療は，生体腎ドナーの場合はバックテーブルでの治療が主である．腎移植後発症の場合は，体外衝撃波結石破砕術，経皮的尿路結石破砕術，経尿道的尿路結石破砕術，切石術などがある．
