▶ポイント

・腎移植後のリンパ漏・リンパ囊腫は比較的高頻度に起こる外科的合併症である．

・予防のためドナー，レシピエントともに丁寧な手術操作が望まれる．

・リンパ漏の起因部位はレシピエント側の外腸骨領域リンパ管であることが多い．

・リンパ管造影は診断のみならず治療的効果も期待できる検査法である．
