小児腎移植における新展開―小児ドナーからの脳死下多臓器提供（en bloc腎移植）および小児レシピエントの尿路異常への対応

▶ポイント

・6歳未満の小児ドナーからの腎臓提供では，両腎を1人へ移植するen bloc腎移植の選択が可能である．

・en bloc腎移植では血管吻合にドナーの大動脈と下大静脈が主に用いられる．

・尿路障害を有する小児への腎移植は，適正な時期を見定めて計画的な治療介入が必要である．
