▶ポイント

・腎集合管癌はまれな疾患であるが，予後不良な悪性新生物であり，正確な診断が重要である．

・画像上は腎浸潤性腎盂癌との鑑別が困難なことがあり，また，病理学的にも尿路上皮癌や乳頭状腎細胞癌との鑑別が必要である．

・腎限局癌であれば，手術的治療が一般的である．転移癌に関する抗悪性腫瘍剤選択にあたっては，議論される必要がある．
