▶ポイント

・腹部骨盤腔に由来臓器不明の腫瘤を見た場合，ダイナミックCTにより栄養血管や後腹膜臓器との位置関係を評価することで，後腹膜腫瘍か否かを判断する．

・MRIはより詳細な腫瘍の性状評価に役立つ．

・CTやMRIにより，腫瘍の進展形式，内部の均一性，vascularity，脂肪成分，粘液成分，石灰化，細胞密度などを評価することで，質的診断につなげる．
