▶ポイント

・肉眼的に完全切除を目指すべきである．

・高分化型脂肪肉腫の場合でも，術前に良性と診断された脂肪成分も含めて完全切除を行う．

・脱分化型脂肪肉腫では局所再発，平滑筋肉腫では遠隔転移による再発が多い．
